MICHAEL KELLY
Michael is the Chairman and a Co-Founder of AMCi. He has a Ph.D. in Psychology and has developed techniques, programs, seminars and software for creative problem solving, team building, decision-making, and conflict and change management.
Michael has worked successfully with government agencies, non-profit organizations and the private sector. Clients have included the U.S. Air Force, Department of Energy, Center for Consensual Democracy and Xerox. His assignments have focused on the implementation of strategic vision, strategic teaming, agile marketing and reengineering organizations to thrive in change driven environments. With over 20 years of experience, Michael typically consults to executive level management.

LARRY LEMMEL
Larry is the Principal Consultant to AMCi. He is the Director of the Center for Consensual Democracy, a non-profit organization that promotes an integrated, collaborative approach to building community from the bottom-up.
Larry has over 30 years experience in clarifying vision and strategy, enhancing communication and teamwork and addressing the structural issues of reorganization and downsizing. Larry’s talents have been used to lead and coach individuals in banking, financial management, telecommunications, engineering, higher education and non-profit organizations. Clients have included First National Bank of Boston, Fidelity Investments and GTE Laboratories.

DAN THOMPSON
Dan is President and a Co-Founder of AMCi. He spent 33 years in the marine field in which he worked for Bath Iron Works, Sparkman & Stevens, Inc. and the United States Navy. His experience with industry and government inspire designs and processes for more efficient production. He has exceptional capabilities in applications of computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing.
Dan has a passion for better business, civics and government and has been consulting to these three sectors throughout the United States for the past 11 years. Dan has helped companies in both the private and public sector. Clients have included Hughes Aircraft, the U.S. Navy, the University of New Orleans, Xerox and ABB.
In his spare time, Dan is building a 32 foot auxiliary sailboat in his barn.

NANCY CARLETON
Nancy maintains roles as Co-Facilitator for Strategic Planning Sessions, Technographer and the Key Contact in Technical Support for AMCi. She is highly experienced in computer software and application, LAN administration and in the development and management of relational databases. Her past employment has emphasized her skills and talents for support, leadership, conflict resolution, procedural development and meeting facilitation.
Nancy led the team in developing the newest version of our strategic planning software in Windows. She also consults to Center For Consensual Democracy and has recently finished their web page.
