I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your support for LCM. Our progress over the last six months substantially exceeds our most optimistic expectations. The Logistics community is impressed by our progress. Six months ago our internal team began to share a vision and construct the path to achieve that vision. Last week our customers joined us on that path, making both the vision and the activities stronger.

Even after all these years of working with you, from the first NSRP project, through FCIM and CALS, I continue to be amazed at the power of the automation tools you employ to facilitate capturing and analyzing the combined knowledge of diverse participants. More importantly than the automation, your teams ability to coalesce diverse participants around a common achievement oriented path ensures that the participants will implement the outcome of the three day planning session.

Finally, your project management support output and process for follow-up certainly contributed to the speed with which we have organized LCM and built a leadership role in the Logistics community. I look forward to teaming with you on even tougher assignments in the future.
